One of our guiding principles when developing Pie Calendar was ensuring that performance, stability, and ease of use remained the highest priority for all of our users. Existing calendar plugins offered tons of features and complicated UIs that most users did not need, and that’s why we developed Pie Calendar to be what we refer to as “stripped down, done better.”
We’re carrying that forward another step with a migration to Kinsta for our WordPress hosting. For us, Kinsta’s offering aligned with our own in almost every way. Their focus is offering premium tier hosting services that intentionally does things in a certain way, which benefits their support quality, performance, and reliability.
So it made sense to move the Pie Calendar website to Kinsta and we’re very happy.
